ENTRY FEE:    $120.00 per player

            Cart and Lunch are included on Friday ONLY.

             Note: The Cart ($15/player) for subsequent rounds are NOT

             included in the entry fee BUT is required in the Pro Shop prior

            to your Starting Time.

ELIGIBILITY:  Amateur players must have a USGA Handicap Index of 8.5 or lower for this event.

Amateur player must be current 2010 members of the BCGA and either a resident of Berks County

or a member of a BCGA Member Club.

ENTRY EXEMPTIONS:  See the ‘Player Entry Exemption’ policy for explanation and listing of exemptions.

FIELD LIMIT:    120 Players

FORMAT:  54-holes of Stroke Play over three days.  All players will play 18 holes on Friday.  The field will be reduced by 30% or low 60, whichever is lower, including ties, for continuation of play for Saturday’s round.  All 2nd Rd. players will play 18 holes on Saturday with a cut to the low 30 players and ties for continuation of play for Sunday’s Final round.  If there is a tie at the conclusion of Sunday’s round, a three-hole play-off, followed by ‘Sudden Death’ will be used to determine a Champion.

This event will require non-penetrating spikes

PRIZES:  Champion will be awarded top prize & the Gerry Gerhart Cup. 

Other top place finishers will receive prizes/awards.

TEE TIME PREFERENCE

FOR QUALIFYING ROUND:   8:00-10:00am and 10:00am-12:00pm.

Contestants will be notified of starting time via mail.
